Cancellation policy.
Please read our cancellation policy before confirming your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable
Once a deposit has been paid to confirm your function booking, refunds are generally not provided as the date is removed from availability and alternative bookings may have been turned away.
Early cancellation consideration
If cancellation is advised more than 90 days (3 months) prior to the function date, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. This is not guaranteed and will be assessed individually.
Recommendation
To protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances, we recommend arranging event cancellation insurance for larger bookings.
