Wedding Party Accommodation Bookings

On request, we are prepared to 'pencil-book' 16 units for your wedding party. The Bride and Groom
must ensure that all required rooms are set-aside at time of confirmation of wedding date. Please also
advise if rooms are to be allocated by Bride and Groom, or whether guests will book direct with us.

To Avoid any Loss of your "pencilled in" accommodation bookings

Please be aware that any motel rooms you have set aside must be confirmed with a deposit of $50.00*,
credit card details or guaranteed by the Bride and Groom. This is essential to avoid losing "pencil
bookings" to other guests wanting to pay for their accommodation immediately.
